Our Passion

Our Yoga Practice

Begin the day with energizing Vinyasa or Hatha Flow, awakening body and mind as the sun rises over the horizon. These dynamic sequences build strength, flexibility, and focus – the perfect way to set intention for the day.

As the sun sets, we shift into calming Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, or guided Meditation. These sessions invite deep relaxation, release tension, and create inner stillness, allowing the day’s impressions to settle.

During the retreat, you may also explore Pranayama (breathwork), short Mindfulness Practices, or gentle partner stretches on deck – experiences that connect you not only to yourself but also to the group and the surrounding elements of wind and water.
Our Food Philosophy

Mornings begin with freshly prepared smoothies, wholesome bowls of muesli or porridge, and seasonal fruits that awaken your senses and energize you for the day ahead. Throughout the retreat, we serve light, Mediterranean-inspired dishes crafted from fresh, regional ingredients – colorful vegetables, vibrant salads, nourishing grains, and the finest selection of fish. Our Catamaran - Your Floating Sanctuary
We welcome you aboard a Bali 42 catamaran (or a similar, equally equipped model) – a modern yacht designed for comfort and space.
The open-plan saloon, flybridge lounge, and wide decks create a bright, airy setting to relax and connect with the sea. Each guest enjoys privacy in a comfortable double cabin with en-suite bathroom.
With generous indoor and outdoor areas, a fully equipped galley, and shaded dining space, the catamaran offers the perfect balance of comfort, style, and freedom – ideal for yoga, mindful sailing, and enjoying Mediterranean meals together.
